This course is designed to help individuals understand and regulate their nervous system over a 28-day period. Through a series of daily activities and exercises, participants will learn to identify and manage their emotions, cope with stress, and improve their overall mental and physical well-being.
This course is ideal for anyone experiencing chronic stress, anxiety, burnout, or other symptoms of a dysregulated nervous system. It is also beneficial for individuals seeking to improve their emotional resilience and overall health. Those with a history of trauma may find this course particularly useful, though it is recommended to seek psychotherapy for substantial trauma.
Course Objectives:
- Understand the structure and function of the nervous system.
- Identify signs and symptoms of a dysregulated nervous system.
- Learn techniques to regulate the nervous system and manage stress.
- Develop healthy habits for emotional and physical well-being.
